I am amazed at this. Two years of income and training? Since when is it the Federal governments job to:
#1 Dictate how a company manages its resources and core business metrics.
#2 Is responsible for a citizen's ability to get a job? US business has to remain competitive. If your job changes because of business needs, whether that means outsourcing, layoff, or the business shutting it's doors (which we will see more of if Kerry is elected) , why is it the government's responsibility to meddle? Where does it get the right? Another example of Kerry's Socialist agenda.
