The whole legal system is a freak of nature. “There’s no perpetual engine” Sorry, but I think everyone is wrong. Our legal system, from a theoretical perspective, is a perpetual engine. Every time a lawyer does work, it automatically requires the work of more lawyers. Constantly building and building until the word “that” becomes so important that executives are having aneurisms over it’s inclusion into documents. Every law that is created spawns more need for lawyers. There is no end in sight. The engine just keeps running and building. Feeding and growing off it’s own output.
