Now you know how I hate to agree with you, but in this case I have to agree. We work with parents and children almost daily, and are continually amazed at the number who do not take any responsibility for their child's development. It does boggle the mind. . .there should be a test before you can raise a child. Oddly there is one if you are trying to adopt.
