I never have like the word "fracas". For a president to resolve a problem between a foreign security force and the Secret Service. This may have been one step above a "fracas"...this may have been an "altercation".
I'll have to check my dictionary. One thigs for sure, it wasn't a criminal act like what happened in Detroit.

I am not entirely sure but I think the "Fracas" is the Chilean form of the Secret Service. So I have two comments on this. Comment (1) How in the hell did the Chilean Secret Service not know about the Presidential Secret Service? I mean, in reality, hasn't every security focused individual on Earth heard about the US Secret Service? Comment (2) how the hell could Chilean Secret Service get in between the US Secret Service and the US President? What in the name of all that's secure is going on with the US President's security detail? I have been under the impression that was impossible. Maybe there needs to be some sort of Secret Service shake up that actually puts people who know about security in charge of the President's safety.
Clearly Comment (2) is of the more disturbing nature.
