This is a direct result of having far too many lawyers in this country. Why not focus on the school bus vs. dodgeball. How about the many school shootings vs. dodgeball. Hell, just focus on that food like substance they serve for lunch vs. dodgeball. Another example of too much time to focus attentions on subjects that really don't matter.

What B.S. personally I hope my son does have to have a cast or some stitches....I hate the thought of him getting hurt, but thiscountry is raising a generation of sissies that will run to an emergency room for a splinter once they move out of mommy and daddies house.
