Ok we have to ask outselves is this an example of the police subduing a future crimininal that is only acting out his rage towards authority in minor ways until he commits his firt violent crime?

He got what he deserved. To many kids think they can get away with murder (sometimes literally) because they are "under age". Well its time to change the rules.
