This is criminal behaviour on the part of local governments. The US decides to take less of our taxes and the local governments keep raising property taxes.
When taxpayers start to revolt there will b e no choice but to cut SPENDING. There is a lesson here for conservative politicians as well, at every level.

Funny you should post this, I just posted a bit about too much pork on my blog. I could not agree more, spending must be cut.........
