So they aren't even appealing the conviction any more, just saying that the prosecutors waited too long to bring him to trial? The prosecutors in 1975 should be thrown in prison with Skakel, as it was their pandering to the Kennedy family that let this fat murdering bastard remain free as long as he did.
The person actually resposible for bringing this guy back before a jury? Mark Fuhrman. He says "nigger" and OJ walks, but at least some good has come out of his carrer as a crime journalist. I'd sy he's made a good turnaround.
