MSNBC - Unaccounted for Americans in Asia's tsunami

Read this article for what it is, an effor to diminish the seriousness of 9/11. 9/11 is mentioned in an article about the tsunami roughly 5 times.

What attempts to appear as a discussion about properly estimating the number of American dead in the tsunami is actually a thinly veiled attempt to hold the attack on 9/11 up as miniscule in comparison to the tsunami, after all:

"...the missing of September 11 were confined to three relatively small geographic points: A few square blocks of downtown Manhattan, a corner of the Pentagon, and a field near Shanksville, Pennsylvania.

The missing of the tsunami, American or otherwise, are spread out over 11 different countries."
So the tsunami is way worse, right?

9/11 was an act of war by a backwards and evil group of people that have nothing but hatred for the US and no respect for life. If they have their way, western civilisation will be destroyed and all of the freedoms we have would be stripped from us, replaced by a theocratic dictatorship.

The tsunami was an act of God. Big difference.

Nott according to the thought processes of your average islamo-fascist....they believe they are doing the work of Allah, so therefore they are an act of god......I wonder if some shyster in an insurance company would think of that line of reasoning and refuse to pay for damages caused by terrorists due to it being "an Act of God"?

Hey, maybe the ACLU can sue the insurance companies to take the "Act of God" clause out of policies? I would support that I think.
