Interesting story. A Catholic Curch is planning to have a funeral for 1000 aborted fetuses. The questions I have are:
Why did a mortuary have possesion of the fetuses for cremation?
If I lose a finger or have an arm amputated, it is desposed of in the Hospital incinerator or via other approved biohazrd disposal means, a mortuary would indicate to me that the hospital/clinic was treating them as human remains.
The Abortion clinic director says that there are women calling him very upset over this. Why? After all it wasn't a baby thy killed was it? What should it matter, right?
I am not a Catholic and there is alot of their doctrine I don not hold to be the truth. The one thing, however, that I have no problem with is their desire to provide some recognition via a funeral service and prayers that a life was taken and show that life the dignity and respect that a human life dseserves.
For this, they are called fanatics and zealots. It is a badge they should wear proudly.
