Well this is good news. Since they're opting out, does that mean they'll start defending themselves now? Does that mean if a missle hits them we don't have to send money, and people, and doctors up to identify the remains of their undefended citizens?

best case scenario......missile blasts over canada towards us...we shoot it down...canada whines...we say "Hey, you coulda ben behind the shield dumbass, instead of standing up in front ofit, so suffer bitch!!!"
