GPS units will be mandatory in all cars for enforcement of this tax. Where is the liberal outcry? I have to believe that people will stand against this stupid idea.
Essentially the state government of California ahs mismanaged its funds (read TAX revenue) to such an extent, in addition to the envirinmentalists placing enough restrictions on air quality that the more efficient the car, the less gas it uses so the less tax revenue they get.
They think they are going to tax by the mile using GPS units it vehicles. Where's the ACLU on this?
Sounds like someone should give them a call and ask for help....Kender?

On it...first thing in the morning and I will post the call if, a big IF, I can get anyone to answer the phone. Last time it took them a month to call me back.
