"Pyongyang calls for ‘sincerity’ in U.S.-brokered discussions"
Sincerity? Why doesn't the US call for N, Koreas to stop its pathological lying, begging, manipualtion, murder of its people, etc, etc, etc.
Maybe they'll get sincerity if they "demand" it. Or tell us the streets will run red with blood. Oh wait, thats already been tried hasn't it?
