MSNBC - North Korea says it has nuclear weapons

The North Korean government admits publicly to having Nukes. Just about the time the US and the UN is trying to figure out what to do with Iran. Eventually North Korea will resort to bombing somebody for attention. Somebody obviously didn't give Kim Jong Il enough attention growing up.
