Personally I never like to see the words "naked" and "rampage" together in a sentence. Obviously, in addition to being a lunatic, they guy digs electricity. Maybe we can hook him up with the crazy chick in Georgia.

Then we can create a reality show that ROCKS. Tasers and crazy people, hard to beat the pure entertainment value there.
