Seems like this could just as easily gone the other way. He could have flopped around and fell off up there and then all you'd be reading is about police brutality.
Would be interesting to know what was going on in his head. Probably something like ....GGGGGGGGGGGGGG.
Also if the crane hadn't been grounded, the cop could have shocked himself too. That would have been one for Amazing Videos.
